Refund Policy
Our rules are quite simple and clear, you can feel safe with us!
You have 30 days after receiving your purchase to consider a refund or exchange. If this time limit is exceeded, unfortunately we will not be able to help you.
To be eligible for a refund , your item must be unused, non-personalized , and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Glamour Jewels offers a large number of customizations. There are some exceptions on items that we cannot accept back, such as highly personalized products ( see legal text here ) . Personalized products cannot be refunded . Under certain conditions, you can return them to us for a exchange or one credit valid on our online store.
For items that have benefited from offers such as "Buy 1, get X free", the refund (in the event of a defect) or the credit valid on the site will be made pro rata to the price before the offer. If your order includes, for example, a ring at €34.99 before discount, a necklace at €39.99 before discount and a pair of earrings at €39.99, and you have benefited from an offer allowing the purchase of the 3 pieces for €39.99, the amount of your credit cannot exceed (€39.99/3 = ) €13.33.
Please note that the following are not considered defects:
- You are not satisfied with the translation carried out by our teams of your necklace in Arabic, Hebrew, Korean or Japanese. We provide this translation service free of charge but invite our customers to check the translations themselves and to enter their text directly in the foreign language.
- You are not satisfied with the font for your jewelry: all our jewelry has its font available directly on the product page.
- We followed your customization instructions and you are not satisfied with the rendering (for example, you requested ALEXANDRA in all caps instead of Alexandra with only the first letter in caps, and the final rendering is not satisfactory).
Any item damaged, with missing parts not due to our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery is also not fully refunded.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If accepted, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of time, usually no more than 10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after a while, we recommend checking your bank account again and contacting your bank. There may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please feel free to contact us.
If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged item, simply email us at contact@glamourjewels.co and we will guide you through the process.
If the returned item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
To return a product, you will need to send it back by post to the address that our customer service will provide you with when you request your return. Remember to send us a photo of the postage slip to contact@glamourjewels.co so we can track your return.
Shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted from your refund if we had to advance it for you.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
